Adam Bromley
Managing Director
Adam has extensive experience producing and writing for TV and radio, specialising in comedy and entertainment, which has earned him a number of industry awards.
His working life started at the BBC in Radio Comedy where he produced numerous hit radio series including The Now Show, Hut 33, Think the Unthinkable and The Problem with Adam Bloom. He won two Sony Awards for his shows.
For CBBC, he produced Tiny and Mr Duk’s Huge Show, a puppet panel show, and the highly popular sketch show series Stupid. Adam has produced several TV pilots, most notably Bash for BBC3, as well as shows for leading independents Hattrick and Two Four, including a sitcom pilot with Jack Whitehall for E4 which he also directed.
In recent years, Adam was the Creative Director at Above The Title, an award-winning independent production company. During his time there, the company won numerous new commissions including a comedy panel show for 5 Live and a sitcom for BBC Radio 2 starring Richard Wilson.
At Rushforth Media, Adam manages the production of audiobooks, podcasts and corporate video. He oversees a growing team, casting and producing all company output, and ensuring world class production skills are brought to bear on every project.
When he’s not busy producing audiobooks, Adam writes film and TV comedy, along with several music videos and short films.
